Shipping Policy

The Customer must clearly specify the correct delivery address at the time of placing the order.

After placing an order, the shipping address can be modified only until the product is dispatched. To request a change, the Customer must contact Gulbano’s customer support team before receiving the shipping confirmation email. Once the shipping confirmation has been sent, no address change requests will be accepted.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order:

• Prepaid Orders: ₹150 per kg
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: ₹250 per kg

The Recipient should not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with, damaged, or empty. It is mandatory to open and verify the contents of the package before accepting delivery or signing the receipt.

If the Recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to Gulbano. Any re-shipment and handling charges in such cases will be borne by the Customer.

Delivery timelines and guarantees are subject to the courier company’s terms and conditions. Any discrepancies in the name or address may lead to non-delivery.

All orders are shipped fully insured.

We strongly recommend that Customers inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting delivery.

Once the order is confirmed, processed, and packaged, it will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours. The estimated delivery timeline is 10–15 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) option while placing an order. COD orders will incur shipping charges of ₹250 per kg.

Usage of Promo Codes

Gulbano reserves the right to accept or reject any promo code at its discretion.

Expired promo codes cannot be used.

Customers may be required to provide proof of eligibility for a promo code.

Promo codes are applicable only on selected products, orders, or specific occasions.

Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers.

For offline payment modes, promo codes are valid only until their expiry date.

If payment is received after the promo code expiry, the discount will not be applicable.
