Exchange Policy
This Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the exchange of products purchased from Gulbano (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, the Customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to the terms set forth below.
1. No Return / Refund Policy
Gulbano does not offer returns or monetary refunds on any products sold.
Products once sold may only be eligible for exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy.
2. Exchange Eligibility Window
Customers must request an exchange within five (5) days from the date of delivery.
Upon approval, an exchange authorization will be issued via email.
The product must be shipped back to Gulbano within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the exchange authorization.
Requests made outside this timeline may be accepted solely at Gulbano’s discretion.
3. Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be free from any damage, stains, alterations, or signs of use
Gulbano reserves the right to reject any exchange request if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
Products that are damaged, soiled, altered, or returned without original packaging or tags may be refused and sent back to the Customer at their expense.
4. Packaging and Shipping Requirements
All products must be returned in their original packaging, including any accompanying materials such as Labels, Tags, Dust Bags, Accessories (if applicable).
The product must be returned from the same city/state to which it was originally delivered. Exchanges initiated from a different location may incur additional logistics charges or delays, which shall be borne by the Customer.
Customers may use any secure courier service for returning the product; however, Gulbano shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage during transit.
5. Exchange Process
Exchange requests must be initiated by contacting Gulbano’s Customer Care team within the specified timeline.
Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, Gulbano will process the exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
In case the requested replacement product is unavailable, Gulbano may, at its discretion, offer:
- An alternative product of equivalent value, or
- Store credit in the form of Gulbano credit for future purchases
6. Shipping Charges for Exchange
All shipping, return shipping, and re-shipping charges associated with exchanges shall be borne by the Customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error attributable to Gulbano.
7. Damaged or Faulty Products
All products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch.
In the event a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, the Customer must notify Gulbano’s Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence (such as images or videos).
Upon verification, Gulbano may offer repair or exchange of the product at no additional cost to the Customer.
8. Final Decision
Gulbano reserves the sole and absolute right to determine the eligibility of any product for exchange.
Gulbano's decision in all such matters shall be final and binding.
